We're a local New Hampshire real estate brokerage.  With us you're dealing direct with the broker, getting more extra services all for the same fee or less then other companies.  Most of the New Hampshire Flat Fee MLS listings you find for sale on the Internet are sold to real estate brokers by a nationwide service website owner.  That website then assigns that business to a New Hampshire real estate broker and keeps a portion of that flat fee. And who are you actually listing with?  Well, probably with us because we are the NH Broker for about a dozen of those Nationwide Websites. But then you're paying a lot more than you have to because you are paying their referral fee.  Otherwise, my research has shown that if it's not us it's usually some data entry only person with no real real estate experience, no team and no services available to you. So how are we different? In one VERY big way! We do not use buyer inquiries to build our business. Our standard procedure is to direct ANY interested buyer who contacts us about your listing to YOU! NOT keep that buyer to build our buyer-client inventory! If you are shopping around Flat Fee Services, be sure to check other agency's procedures. I know other, very big-named companies who do that very thing. They are more interested in making money than in your succes and will not be forthcoming with that information unless you ask!
